Adaptable Home Care Rates

 Our caring services are priced as follows:    

Companion Service ( Dressing, grooming, eating / feeding assistance, bathing / showering, walking / transferring assistance, incontinence care, socialization, meal prep, light housekeeping, grocery shopping, errands, etc.)	Hourly Rate
Hourly Rate - no Min Hours. $15 trip charge applies to <4 hours / trip.	$17.50 / Hr*
Live-in Service (employee)	$195 /day
Live-in Service (independent contractor)	$145 / Day
Live-in Service (placement service)	$3,000
Overnight Service	Call
*Plus any incidentals such as latex gloves.
Transportation with client’s car is included in the hourly rate. Use of caregiver’s car. $1 / mile + Hourly Rate
Holidays are billed at 1.5 x hourly rate (New Year’s Eve after 5pm, New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve after 5pm, Christmas Day)
Due To State Laws OH is an overtime state, clients receiving >40 Hrs / week will either have a replacement caregiver or have the option to pay 1.5 x the hourly rate for the same caregiver over 40 hrs
