What makes us special is a unique pre-employment assessment tool that examines attitudes, behaviors, and personality to detect the likelihood of an incident happening BEFORE it happens.
This tool is also helpful in placing the “right” caregiver with you, one that you will enjoy and one that will play a positive role in your care.
The pre-employment assessment is designed to identify caregivers that may be a potential risk to you or your family by looking at a caregiver’s personality and behaviors. Areas that are assessed:
